Our Supply Chain (Logistics and Operations) Graduate programme will give you exposure to how our supply chain works across one of Europe's largest distribution networks. With placements across the supply chain journey you will learn everything there is to know about logistics giving you a broad understanding and developing you into a leader of the future across the function.
Role overview
The programme is structured around 4 rotations each lasting 6 months. The first 3 rotations will be completed in our Newark Distribution centre with a final rotation at one of our national fulfilment centres. Your rotations may include:
- Operational development with involvement in projects to improve supply chain processes
- Logistics and warehouse operations managing the day to day of our delivery function
- Exploring transport and compliance management
- Involvement in how we manage our field operations from home delivery to white goods and gas repairs
But not to worry, you’ll get all the support you need as part of our extensive graduate development programme. With core learning modules covering communication, commercial awareness, leadership and strategic thinking. You’ll have a mentor on hand alongside monthly coaching sessions, wellbeing sessions, and access to a large support network including former and current Graduates.
