Currys is seeking a Service Design and Transition Lead to oversee the design, transition, and operational readiness of IT services across the organisation, with a focus on cloud and automation. You will govern project lifecycles, drive collaboration with engineering, data and product teams, and champion AI-enabled improvements in IT Operations.
You will develop and implement a Service Design and Transition Plan, manage stakeholder relationships and budgets, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
