About the Role: As a Customer Delivery Assistant you will be the friendly face of our home delivery service, delivering the latest technology straight to customers’ doors and installing smart tech such as washing machines, fridge‑freezers, and 4K TVs. You will work alongside a delivery driver, completing multi‑drop routes, handling heavy items, and ensuring every customer encounter is amazing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete a multi‑drop delivery role alongside a driver, lifting and handling heavy items.
- Provide outstanding customer service on every delivery.
- Install a range of products at customers’ homes, ensuring they are set up correctly.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent customer skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.
- (Preferred) A valid car driving licence and some experience in a delivery role or visiting customers' homes.
- Ability to handle heavy stock safely.
