As a White Goods Engineer, you will keep customers' appliances in top condition by installing, diagnosing faults, and repairing white goods in homes. You will work primarily independently, managing your own day and van, and representing the company as a home services expert.
Responsibilities
- Drive company van and effectively manage your own day.
- Test, diagnose, and fix white goods in customers' homes.
- Provide and implement technical knowledge across a range of white goods appliances.
- Build and maintain the company's reputation as a home services expert.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in white goods repairs.
- Full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Ideally, ACS qualifications (CCN1, CKR1) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic or Gas Cookers and Ranges.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
