Our Returns and Recoveries team ensures that non‑new stock and business recalls are either returned to the supplier or sold to third‑party vendors. In this hybrid role you will play a key part in making this happen, working primarily from home with occasional onsite visits to our Newark site.

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Raising invoices and managing the end‑to‑end exit of non‑new and business recalls stock, ensuring all processing is accurate across systems, portals and supplier profiles.
  • Supporting and liaising with different teams to maximise efficiency, while maintaining accurate stock records and financial trackers in line with budget.
  • Managing relationships with internal teams, suppliers and third parties to resolve queries, progress collections, improve turnaround times and reduce aged stock.
  • Taking ownership for documentation accuracy, resolving invoice and payment issues, and ensuring all processes are completed compliantly and efficiently.
  • Contributing to team KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance performance and reduce discrepancies.

You will need:

  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage, influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Analytical thinking skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise, manage workload and meet agreed timescales.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a wider team.
  • Previous experience working in a reverse logistics environment would be desirable.
