Sales Executive – Mixed Electricals
Location: Poole – Currys Business, Poole. Type: Permanent, Full Time.
Salary: £29,000 per annum plus uncapped commission. Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM. No weekend working.
Role Overview
We’re looking for Sales Executives to join our business customer mixed electricals sales team. If you’re looking for your first step or want to develop your career further in a sales or account management role, this could be your next job. We’ll support, mentor and train you to make this happen, and you’ll quickly build rapport with new and existing business customers to generate sales ensuring they get their perfect deal.
Responsibilities
- Proactively make outbound and take inbound sales calls and enquiries from new and existing business customers.
- Generate new business customer sales leads across multiple lead sources.
- Provide bespoke sales quotes matching the best possible deal for the customer, considering their needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing business customers.
- Process all sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Be an expert across the entire Currys’ B2B product range.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or a related environment (e.g., retail, hospitality).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Resilience and ability to quickly build rapport.
- Willingness to learn and keep up to date with new products and services.
