Location: Burton upon Trent, United Kingdom
Job type: Permanent, Part Time
Hours: 15-30 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours
Salary: £12.21 per hour plus an average bonus per hour of 89p (rising to £12.51 on successful completion of probation)

As a Retail Sales Colleague you don’t need in-depth tech knowledge to join. All new colleagues attend a two to three day induction (virtual or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham) to gain skills for selling, serving and supporting customers. You’ll have opportunities to test products, learn about launches, and build confidence to provide top-notch recommendations. Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across opening hours, typically including weekends. Stores are open 7 days a week, generally 9am–8pm, with local variations.
Role overview: As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Asking the right questions to match customers with products
- Making every customer interaction memorable
- Offering support services such as delivery and installation, recycling and ways to pay
- Contributing towards the overall sales performance of the store
- Working across different departments and product ranges
- Supporting the running of the store by completing operational tasks
