You will work across telephone, email, and letter channels, providing updates and ensuring compliance.

This full-time role (40 hours/week) includes two weeks of on-site training followed by buddy training, then hybrid work with at least two office days per month.

Salary £28,433.60 per year plus up to 10% performance bonus.
