Overview

you\'ll support the delivery of our strategy across both Pay Monthly and Pay As You Go (PAYG). You\'ll report to the Propositions Manager, assist in evolving our PAYG offer and contribute to projects that grow our customer base and build loyalty. Working with teams across the business, you\'ll help spot opportunities, refine ideas and turn them into clear, customer-focused propositions. You\'ll use customer and market insight, apply a commercial lens and build a solid understanding of the technology and products needed to make them a success.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of propositions that deliver iD Mobile\'s commercial goals, using customer and market insight across Pay Monthly and PAYG
  • Assist the Propositions Manager to maintain and present a clear, prioritised roadmap
  • Help identify and target the right customer segments by working closely with teams across the business
  • Contribute to business cases with clear objectives and KPIs ahead of launch
  • Work with Operations, Customer teams and third parties to gather inputs and understand the products and technology needed to deliver each proposition
  • With the Business Change team, draft business rules and requirements to support delivery
  • Support customer journey mapping with the Customer team to ensure a smooth and consistent experience
  • Feed into the go-to-market process and support the launch of new propositions
  • Maintain the proposition roadmap and share updates with relevant stakeholders
  • Support the refresh and ongoing development of our PAYG proposition
  • This role does not include line management responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Background in propositions or product development is essential
  • Telco experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working with commercial data, customer insight and feedback to shape decisions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confident working with stakeholders across multiple teams
  • Creative problem-solver who can think differently and bring new ideas to life
  • Passionate about new technology and keeping up with the latest trends
  • Innovative, curious, and always looking for ways to improve the customer experience
