Currys plc in Poole is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the Business Contact Centre team. You will assist partners, business customers and store hubs, investigating queries and guiding cases to resolution with a focus on world-class service.
You will need excellent communication, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask across multiple streams. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, on site in Poole.
