As a General Manager at one of our stores, you’ll take the lead on creating an experience our customers love. Every decision you make will be with the customer and your team in mind. You’re the one who brings the store together, living and breathing our values, and acting as your team’s go-to for questions, support and development. Responsibilities
  • Setting an example to the whole store team and overseeing their performance and development through the leaders in your store.
  • Creating an environment where colleagues feel inspired and able to progress.
  • Exploring and actioning new ways of working to benefit your store.
  • Leading the store strategy, to be at the forefront of the game.
  • The overall commercial performance of your store.
