Role overview

Outbound Telephone Sales Advisor role at Currys plc, Loughborough Campus, Loughborough, LE11 5XH (Site Based). Permanent, Full Time, Grade 1. Salary £25,521.60 per annum, with opportunity to earn performance-related and target-based commission. Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM, Friday 09:30 AM – 3:30 PM. Start Date: Monday, 13th October 2025.

Role responsibilities

  • Proactively contacting customers who are new and existing Currys customers.
  • Helping the customer understand the different handsets, deals and network providers and Care Plan Agreement we offer.
  • Ensuring the customer has the best possible sales journey by giving great advice and presenting all options.
  • Building relationships with customers to convert a one-time customer into a lifelong relationship.
  • Working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations.
  • Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.

Requirements

  • A commitment to providing great service.
  • Customer service experience, ideally within a Contact Centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience of working towards targets.
  • An interest in technology.

Training and development
