We’re seeking a strategically minded Senior Manager to shape the future of this critical operation. Leading the planning, design and performance of a national two‑person delivery and installation network serving around 3 million customers each year, you'll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, enhancing service quality and championing innovation.
Responsibilities
- Network Planning & Strategy: Shaping and evolving the network planning strategy to drive efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction. Analysing performance data to identify optimisation opportunities and deliver cost efficiencies.
- Operational Leadership: Fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence; monitoring macroeconomic trends, identifying risks and opportunities to inform proactive, performance‑driving strategies.
- Systems Ownership & Innovation: Leading partnerships with software providers to deliver system innovation and capability enhancements; overseeing testing, quality control, and deployment of system updates; ensuring strong governance across system performance, stability, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder & Partner Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with regional operations leaders and networks of delivery sites; collaborating cross‑functionally with operations excellence, operations, customer service, and technology teams; influencing senior stakeholders to drive network improvements and strategic initiatives.
