As a Lead Delivery & Install Driver, you’ll spend most of your time doing what you do best; delivering and installing products for our customers.
But from time to time, you’ll step up to support the team helping to keep our outbase operations running smoothly and acting as a go‑to person for your colleagues.
It’s a great opportunity to build your experience, develop new skills, and play a bigger role in the team; without stepping away from the driving job you enjoy.
- Delivering and installing a range of products for our customers.
- Ensuring the right products get to the right places at the right time.
- Making every customer encounter memorable.
- Completing a multi-drop route and handling heavy items safely.
- Stepping up to support the operation in the absence of a manager.
- Helping coordinate routes and support on-road colleagues.
- Acting as a key point of contact for the team when needed.
- Supporting with loading, stock control and general site readiness.
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times
- You will need
- A full UK/EA licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Experience driving in a delivery role (3.5T)
- A passion for delivering great customer service.
- Confidence supporting and guiding others when needed.
- The ability to handle heavy stock safely
