Role Overview

Location: Loughborough, England

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £26,561.60 per annum, plus performance‑related and target‑based commission.

Start Date: Monday, 27th July 2026

Working hours / Shift patterns

  • Outbound Telephone Sales Advisor – 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM, Friday: 09:30 AM – 03:30 PM.
  • Inbound Telephone Sales Advisor – 40 hours per week on a rotational shift basis between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday). Saturday: 9:00 AM – 05:30 PM (1 in 3 weekends).

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Telephone Sales Advisor: Proactively contacting new and existing Currys customers. Helping customers understand the different handsets, deals and network providers available. Giving great advice and ensuring customers have the best possible sales journey. Building relationships to convert a one‑time customer into a loyal customer. Working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations. Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
  • Inbound Telephone Sales Advisor: Exploring customer needs and offering suitable products and services from the Mobiles websites. Guiding customers through the sales journey while ensuring they remain fully informed. Working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations. Delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A commitment to providing great service.
  • Customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in working towards targets.
  • An interest in technology.
