Our Home Delivery network plays a vital role in Currys' success and in creating exceptional experiences for our customers. Operating from 18 Customer Service Centres (CSCs) and multiple base sites across the UK and Ireland, our 1,000+ colleagues and 600 Delivery Partners connect with customers 364 days a year—whatever the weather. We are committed to elevating our Home Delivery experience by standardising processes and embedding a consistent 'One Best Way' approach across all CSC operations and the key functions that support them.
To help us achieve this, we are looking for a Process Adoption and Engagement Lead. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement in colleague engagement and process adoption, ensure strong performance control, and champion the implementation of our One Best Way strategy. You will work closely with teams across our Aylesbury, Plymouth, Basingstoke, Snodland, Stevenage, and Tilbury sites to embed best practices, enhance colleague and customer experiences, and reduce operating costs. This role involves regular travel across our Southern Region.
Role overview
As part of this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the design and rollout of efficient business processes that enhance performance, improve consistency, and reduce operating costs.
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders and cross‐functional teams to ensure all process designs align with business objectives and the Home Delivery 'One Best Way' approach.
- Assisting in managing process changes, ensuring updates are clearly communicated and understood across all relevant teams.
- Helping coordinate and deliver training sessions to equip colleagues with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully adopt new or updated processes.
- Monitoring the performance and impact of new processes, identifying opportunities for refinement and supporting continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience partnering and/or engaging with operational field teams, building strong working relationships.
- A solid background in change management, with the ability to guide teams through transitions confidently and effectively.
- An understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence, simplify complex information, and engage diverse audiences.
- A full, valid UK driving licence, with the flexibility to travel.
