Role Overview: Permanent, Full Time. Salary: £39,000 – £42,000. Shift Pattern: 7‑day shifts. Location: Thetford Customer Service Centre, Currys.
Responsibilities
- Drive company van and manage your own day effectively.
- Test, diagnose and fix white goods in customers’ homes.
- Provide and implement technical knowledge across a range of white goods appliances.
- Build our reputation as a home‑services expert.
Requirements
- Proven experience in white‑goods repairs.
- Full UK/EU driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
- ACS Qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1) or Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1) are desirable but not essential.
- Enjoyable sense of satisfaction when delivering for a customer.
