Facilitate a fantastic learning experience for all new Colleagues during their Induction into the business, that equips them with the knowledge and skills, and encourages the attitude and behaviors required to succeed in store. Inductions to be delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams or in person at The Academy at Fort Dunlop. Facilitation of other Learning Programmes including L.I.F.E. and Mobile and Demonstrator Inductions
Role overview:
As part of this role, you\'ll be responsible for:
Core - to facilitate interactive learning events and activities to encourage participation and engagement of all colleagues, including delivering the Inductions for:
CPCW UK / Mobile UK / CPCW Ireland / In-store Demonstrators
- Support with the upkeep and maintenance of the What’s In Store? 0-180-day digital content (CPCW, Mobile, B2B, Ireland)
- Increase the capability of new front-line colleagues to competently and confidently sell, serve and support our customers (0-180 days)
- Support with the day-to-day management of the Academy venue to ensure the highest standards are maintained (upon return to face-to-face delivery)
- Monitor the in-store support provided to What’s In Store? colleagues via store visits
- Build and maintain pro-active relationships with key stakeholders within our Retail estate
- Collaboration with wider L&D team to support with projects as required
The role will require some weekend working as the course are delivered over a 7-day schedule
Required Skills & Experience:
- Confident, engaging, and inspiring facilitator
- Experience of virtual and classroom facilitation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knows and demonstrates the differences between training, facilitation and coaching
- Organisation and time management skills
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Experience in the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programmes
- Motivating and developing individuals within a team
- CIPD or other professional learning qualification is desired
