Salary – £25,521.60 per annum, plus the opportunity to earn performance-related and target-based commisison.
Working Hours/Shift patterns: 40 per week on a rotational shift basis between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday). Weekend shifts between 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Saturday/Sunday)

As a Telephone Sales Advisor (Inbound) you’ll be speaking to our customers who have previously visited our Currys or Mobiles websites and are looking to purchase some of our amazing technology and services.
Through effective listening, fact finding and matching the customers’ needs with our amazing technology and services, you’ll convert these calls into sales whilst delivering a best-in-class customer experience and creating customers for life.
As part of our commitment to making Currys easy to shop, colleagues will be fully trained in all aspects of customer credit and are expected to confidently offer and support credit-based purchases, ensuring customers are treated fairly and can choose the payment option that best suits their needs.
Don’t worry if you’ve never worked in a telephone sales role, with our training and ongoing support you’ll be able to offer a world class sales experience.
