Role Overview
First Line Manager – Ruislip, Victoria Road South, HA4 0EL – Permanent, Full Time. Salary £36,850 per annum. Working hours 39 per week, 6.45 am – 4.00 pm, Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Oversee running of the site, staffing and resources.
- Motivate a team of delivery drivers to meet targets.
- Provide regular and consistent performance feedback.
- Influence operational decisions.
- Work closely with internal and external departments to ensure smooth-running operation.
- Work cross-functionally and support different work area teams as required.
- Create a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety policies.
Qualifications
- Proven recent experience leading teams, applying leadership styles, techniques and coaching methods.
