Location: Harlow, Currys. Type: Permanent, Part Time. 15-30 hours per week with flexibility to work additional hours. Pay: £12.21* per hour plus an average bonus of 89p per hour, rising to £12.51 on successful completion of probation.

As a Retail Sales Colleague you don't need an in-depth knowledge of tech before you join the team as all our new colleagues attend a two to three day induction either virtually or at our fantastic academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. Here, you’ll gain valuable skills and knowledge to help you sell, serve and support our customers and make amazing happen. Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours which typically includes Saturdays and Sundays. Our stores are open 7 days a week generally between 9am and 8pm but will vary locally.
Responsibilities
- Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
- Make every customer interaction memorable.
- Offer support services like delivery and installation, recycling and ways to pay.
- Contribute towards the overall sales performance of the store.
- Work across different departments and product ranges.
- Support with the running of the store by completing operational tasks.

- Approachable and friendly.
- Keen to learn about the latest technology.
- Comfortable achieving personal sales, service and customer experience targets.
- A strong team player, confident working across all parts of the store and winning as a team.
