About the role
Waterloo – Hybrid Working, Full Time, Permanent, Grade 4. The role is accountable for the online performance of Currys’ extended product range. You will maximise commercial performance using web analytics data on traffic, conversion and order value to drive insights, actions and measurable improvements. You will work closely with commercial squads, marketing and other e‑commerce colleagues to drive category performance in line with the strategy, representing e‑commerce in relevant meetings and influencing senior stakeholders through actionable insight. Additionally, you will develop deep knowledge of the operational nuances of the range and coordinate improvements to the online customer experience with ecommerce and commercial colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Deliver growth versus budget and market share growth.
- Review and reforecast online sales, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Share insight to help key stakeholders understand online performance and shape strategy based on traffic, conversion and AOV.
- Manage the planning, execution and subsequent performance of all digital activities for the category, particularly promotions.
- Work closely with merchandising, design and digital marketing teams to deliver right‑first‑time execution.
- Engage with traffic acquisition teams to optimise quantity and quality of traffic.
- Develop deep knowledge of the operational context of the range.
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to deliver improvements that maximise the online customer experience, NPS and trading performance.
- Support the wider trading team as required, attending meetings and taking on additional ad hoc projects.

- Proven experience and transferable skills within e‑commerce.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to exploit data, creating insights and converting them into action.
- Personable with strong stakeholder management at all levels.
- Strong presentation, organisational and prioritisation skills, even under tight deadlines.
