  • Support the design and development of digital data solutions, including data pipelines, integrations and transformation processes to enable effective analysis and reporting.
  • Manage and resolve digital data incidents, ensuring timely communication of issues, root cause analysis and resolution actions.
  • Identify and support opportunities to enhance digital data capability, including server‑side tracking, API integrations, and improved use of first‑party data across the organisation.
  • Required skills and experience
  • Strong hands‑on experience with digital analytics tools including GTM, GA4, Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics, with mobile analytics experience using Firebase highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of digital tracking frameworks, data layers, tagging implementation and end‑to‑end customer journey measurement.

  • Experience using SQL and/or Python for data extraction, automation or analysis (including APIs desirable).
  • Understanding of cloud data platforms such as Big Query, Azure Databricks or Microsoft Fabric, with exposure to data warehousing concepts beneficial.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, agile environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
