Role overview:
As a Customer Service Advisor in our Business Contact Centre team in Poole, you’ll provide an excellent level of professional customer service to our partners, business customers and our store business hubs. No matter the query, you will investigate, support and guide owning the case through to resolution.
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Being an expert on all elements of customer service queries including but not limited to: refunds, credit queries, network tariffs, returns and handset exchanges, bolt-ons, bill queries, invoices, transfer of ownership, sim swap, customer complaints etc.
- Handling inbound calls, emails and social media queries in a professional, polite, accurate and efficient manner.
- Providing solutions to best support the customer in line with their needs; keeping in mind our financial objectives but moderating this to stay within the parameters of providing world class service to our customers.
- Establishing rapport and building relationships with our customers while keeping data safe following the correct compliance procedures.
- Completing all queries raised relating to customer service accurately and within SLAs ensuring world class service is maintained throughout.
