Location: Poole

Specialist Business Centre, Merck House, Seldown Lane, Poole, BH15 1TW

Type: Permanent, Full Time

Grade: 2

Salary: £27,393.60 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus of up to 10% monthly

Working hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Customer Operations Advisor Role:

In this role at our Poole Specialist Business Centre, no two days are the same. You might support large-scale partners with customer service queries, assist colleagues with hardware issues, or manage stock purchases.

You will support the Operations function within B2B, ensuring smooth processes for clients and end users. Responsibilities include identifying processing concerns, working with the Strategic Partner Manager to improve processes, maintaining stock and financial integrity, and supporting customer service inquiries for our Strategic Partners.

This varied role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact and take ownership of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with daily queries
  • Assisting with invoice reconciliation
  • Collaborating to improve and streamline processes
  • Maintaining open communication with clients
  • Adapting to system and process improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Handling issues related to stock, pricing, and orders
  • Identifying recurring issues and working to reduce their causes
  • Managing time effectively to resolve issues promptly
  • Processing orders efficiently
  • Building strong relationships with clients and supporting account growth
  • Working with the team to correct data issues

  • Experience in administration, service, or sales
  • Familiarity with B2B and CRM systems
  • Experience in third-party relationship management
