As the CRM Lead reporting into the CRM Manager, you will support the build, deployment, and review of our current and future campaigns across an iD Mobile customer’s lifecycle. This involves suggesting data, content, and creative improvements/efficiencies to deliver like-for-likerevenue growth, customer retention and CX improvements. You will work with internal stakeholders, including those in our customer, marketing, design, and trading teams to identify the right campaign initiatives and target groups. You will also work with external parties to ensure the successful build and delivery of our campaigns according to agreed KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support line manager in delivering the CRM strategy to deliver customer and margin targets, including working cross functionally with different teams including customer, marketing and trading
- Plan, brief in, and manage campaign delivery (both one-off and repeat sends) using various marketing automation platforms, including real-time personalisation
- Agree targeting brief, delivery counts and QA(ing) sample data to ensure the right customers are contacted
- Work closely with marketing, design and customer experience on our email templates ensuring they look modern and professional whilst adhering to our brand guidelines, being as customer friendly as possible, and receiving sign off from relevant stakeholders
- Troubleshoot comms issues daily, flagging deliverability issues as soon as they occur and help to resolve
- Help with implementation of the test and learn roadmap. Analyse campaigns, including weekly and periodic reporting tasks
- Provide project assistance, leading meetings (when required) and completing next steps om time to agreed standards
Required Skills & Experience :
- Relevant experience of building, testing, and deploying emails & SMS including segmentation and briefing targeting requirements
- Awareness of how an email automation platform works
- Practical experience in analysing data sets and formatting to share learnings
- Strong copywriting, content management and visual selection skills with excellent attention to detail. Design experience, preferably email, with Adobe Photoshop or equivalent knowledge
- Good understanding of mobile industry and commercial CRM proposition
- Hybrid working experience with online stakeholder engagement
- Basic Google Analytics, Excel and other MS package knowledge
- Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure
- Confident team player who can communicate at all levels, both written and verbal with good reasoning and relationship skills to get the job done
- Self-starter with effective time management and organisational skills, able to work unassisted and to pick things up quickly
- 2+ years CRM campaign experience at any level or 3+ years in a similar digital-marketing environment with practical exposure to email campaign delivery (agency or client side)
