CRM Automation Manager

This role defines and leads the marketing automation strategy to deliver scalable, high-performing customer journeys and campaigns. The CRM platform should be used to its full potential to drive customer engagement, conversion and retention through timely, relevant and personalised communications.
This is a fast-paced, data-driven marketing role requiring deep CRM platform expertise, strong analytical mindset, and the ability to translate lifecycle strategies into sophisticated, testable automations with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain multi-channel marketing campaigns in Adobe Campaign, ensuring robust setup, QA and performance tracking
- Collaborate with CRM and data teams to integrate customer attributes and events for reliable audience targeting and segmentation
- Develop and manage audience segments based on customer behaviour, lifecycle stage and product purchase history
- Implement personalisation and multi-variant testing frameworks to improve campaign effectiveness
- Maintain CRM platform health, resolve issues and apply best practices for incident management
- Evaluate and implement new CRM tools and platform features to improve efficiency and capability
- Deliver regular usage reports and insights to support continuous optimisation and stakeholder engagement across CRM platform tools
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4+ years\’ experience in CRM campaign strategy and delivery
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Movable Ink)
- Experience in fast-paced environments; retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing regulated communications
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and deriving actionable insights
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects under pressure
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
