Responsibilities

- Provide senior oversight across architecture, sequencing, dependencies, and integration, ensuring solutions are technically feasible, operationally ready, and aligned to enterprise standards.
- Translate strategic direction into clear, executable delivery roadmaps, providing constructive challenge on solution direction where it threatens value or operability.
- Act as the primary senior delivery interface for Exec, SLT, Finance, Legal, Commercial, Technology, and external partners; preparing and presenting clear, evidence-based recommendations and decision-focused programme updates.

- Own programme budgets, forecasts, burn, and change control; ensuring robust financial discipline.
- Align delivery milestones and supplier contractual milestones to measurable outcomes.
- Own the tech delivery elements of business cases.
- Set delivery standards, coach and develop delivery leaders, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure programmes align to strategic objectives, customer outcomes, and long-term platform sustainability.
- Ensure business and tech operational readiness metrics (training, comms, monitoring, adoption, BAU handover) are in place and solutions delivered are fully embedded into BAU.
