Field Based (UK) – Midlands. Permanent, Full Time, Grade 3. Salary – OTE circa £50,000 per annum plus company car. Hours – 37 per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage potential partners through cold calling, networking, and other outreach strategies.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing partner customers to drive long‑term business growth.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop business plans, set performance targets, and track progress against KPIs.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations that highlight the full Currys portfolio and value proposition.
  • Negotiate effectively to close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.
  • Tailor and execute sales strategies specific to your area to maximise impact.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in line with company standards.
Qualifications
  • A proven track record of success in high-performing sales environments, ideally in telecoms or mobile sales.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a history of closing deals and exceeding targets.
  • Experience in new business development, particularly in fast‑paced, target‑driven settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and execute plans effectively.
  • A full, valid UK driving licence.
