We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to support our Customer Service Centre. The role involves communicating with customers, providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the Home Delivery network.
Role overview:
- Communicating with our internal and external customers
- Assigning delivery drivers with their routes
- Completing administrative tasks, including producing data for reporting
- Supporting the entire Currys team with queries or support where required
People skills are essential, and you will deliver customer service that puts our customers first while continually striving for excellence.
