We’re looking for a Transport Administrator to join our Transport Compliance team. This is a detail‑focused administrative role where you’ll help keep our fleet records accurate, support compliance with legal and safety requirements, and ensure the smooth running of transport processes. Working as part of a team, you’ll mainly support internal stakeholders, handling queries, maintaining systems and producing reports to keep everything running efficiently.
Role overview:
- Maintaining and updating accurate records within FleetWave and other vehicle systems
- Ensuring vehicle and insurance data is kept up to date, including updates to the Motor Insurance Database
- Handling internal queries and correspondence, providing timely and effective resolutions
- Compiling and producing reports to support transport operations and compliance requirements
- Supporting the day‑to‑day administration of the Transport department, including electronic filing and system checks
- Providing administrative support for company car processes and accident management
You will need:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and systems
- Experience working in an administrative or office‑based role
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and other systems to manage and track information
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- A logical approach to problem solving and resolving queries
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders
