Our Returns and Recoveries team ensures that non‑new stock and business recalls are either returned to the supplier or sold to third‑party vendors and as a Returns and Recoveries Senior Administrator, you’ll play a key role in making this happen. You’ll support the effective movement of stock through the operation, work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and help drive efficiency, accuracy and continuous improvement within a fast‑paced environment. This is a hybrid role, working predominately from home, however, from time to time you may be required to work from our Newark site on Long Hollow Way.

Role overview

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Raising invoices and managing the end‑to‑end exit of non‑new and business recalls stock, ensuring all processing is accurate across systems, portals and supplier profiles.
  • Supporting and liaising with different teams to maximise efficiency, while maintaining accurate stock records and financial trackers in line with budget.
  • Managing relationships with internal teams, suppliers and third parties to resolve queries, progress collections, improve turnaround times and reduce aged stock.
  • Taking ownership for documentation accuracy, resolving invoice and payment issues, and ensuring all processes are completed compliantly and efficiently.
  • Contributing to team KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance performance and reduce discrepancies.

You will need:

  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage, influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Analytical thinking skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise, manage workload and meet agreed timescales.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a wider team.
  • Previous experience of working in a Reverse Logistics environment would be desirable.
