Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £26,561.60 per annum, plus performance-related and target-based commission.

Start Date: Monday, 27th July 2026

Working hours / Shift patterns:

  • Outbound – 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM, Friday 09:30 AM – 03:30 PM.
  • Inbound – 40 hours per week on a rotational shift basis between 09:00 AM and 07:00 PM (Monday to Friday); Saturday 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM (1 in 3 weekends).

Role overview:

As an Outbound Telephone Sales Advisor, you will speak to customers about mobile phone network services, new contracts, upgrades, and SIM-only deals, ensuring they receive all necessary information to make an informed decision. As an Inbound Telephone Sales Advisor, you will speak to customers who have previously visited our Mobiles websites and are looking to purchase our technology and services.
