At the heart of our business sits a high-performing Home Delivery & Logistics Network, where our colleagues take pride in bringing amazing technology into our customers’ homes. We’re now seeking a strategically minded Senior Manager to shape the future of this critical operation. Leading the planning, design and performance of a national two-person delivery and installation network serving around 3 million customers each year, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, enhancing service quality and championing innovation.

Role overview:
- Shaping and evolving the network planning strategy to drive efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
- Analysing performance data to identify optimisation opportunities and deliver cost efficiencies.
- Fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Monitoring macroeconomic trends, identifying risks and opportunities to inform proactive, performance-driving strategies.
- Leading partnerships with software providers to deliver system innovation and capability enhancements.
- Overseeing testing, quality control, and deployment of system updates through dedicated leadership.
- Ensure strong governance across system performance, stability, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder & Partner Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with regional operations leaders and network of delivery sites to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with operations excellence, operations, customer service, and technology teams to ensure seamless delivery performance.
- Influencing senior stakeholders to drive network improvements and strategic initiatives.
You will need:
- Experience within two-person delivery or final-mile logistics networks.
- Strong technical expertise in complex route planning and optimisation.
- Proven track record in fast-paced logistics, planning, or supply chain environments.
- Experience of UK & ROI logistics, including final-mile network design and modelling tools.
- Demonstrable leadership capability managing large, multi-functional teams.
- Experience owning or managing planning/logistics systems and working with external vendors.
- To be highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
