Role Overview: Our Account Executives have the skills and ideas that make the magic happen for our business-to-business operation. Their mission is to connect our business customers with the right tech to meet their needs, creating an unforgettable experience that keeps them coming back. You’ll be proactive in finding opportunities and quick to adapt in an ever-changing industry. Every decision you make places our business customers at the heart of it.
Responsibilities:
- Make every customer interaction memorable.
- Ask the right questions to match business customers with products.
- Build and maintain a network of local business owners.
- Grow new business relationships and develop accounts.
- Contribute towards the overall sales performance of the store.
- Be aware of local competitor activities and suggest ways to stay ahead.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with customers either in a retail or B2B environment (or both).
- The drive to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.
- An eagerness to learn about the latest technology.
- Confidence working in a team.
