Induction: Two to three days of training at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham, or virtually. You’ll receive supplier training, product demos, and hands‑on experience to boost confidence and make great recommendations.

Opening hours: 7 days a week, typically 9 am–8 pm (local variations). Flexibility across opening hours, including Saturdays and Sundays.
