As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality parts.

The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes for complex components used in aerospace and defence applications. This role involves close collaboration with production engineers, production teams, quality assurance, and customers to ensure processes are efficient, repeatable, and compliant with industry regulations.

  • Develop, document, and optimise manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams during product realisation to industrial validation (IV).
  • Select tooling, fixturing, and measuring equipment to improve quality and reduce cycle times.
  • Support quality department by aiding root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for process-related issues.
  • Support PPAP and IV submissions in accordance with aerospace and defence standards and customer expectations.
  • Evaluate and introduce new manufacturing technologies and equipment where applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Degree level in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • ~3–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing/process engineering role preferably in a precision machining environment.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining (3, 4, and 5-axis milling/turning), GD T, and tooling principles.
  • Experience with aerospace/defence quality standards (AS9100, ITAR, NADCAP).
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing certification.
  • Hands-on experience with quality inspection techniques.
