Salary - £35k – OTE £40k per annum, plus Company vehicle
Monday – Friday – 8am -6pm

Our Trade Parts Manager will oversee B2B sales operations of our Toyota and Lexus parts department, focusing on supplying external businesses such as independent garages, body shops, and fleet operators.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute plans to grow trade sales revenue and meet monthly/yearly profitability targets. Identify new sales opportunities and manage relationships with a dedicated portfolio of trade accounts.
- Team Leadership: Train and mentor the Trade parts staff, including Parts Advisors and delivery drivers. Set departmental KPIs and conduct performance reviews to ensure high productivity.
- Pricing & Margin Management: Establish pricing structures that balance volume sales with profit margins.
- Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a customer-centric culture, handling complex technical inquiries and resolving supply chain issues to ensure high client retention.
- Manufacturer Relationship: Maintain a healthy relationship with the manufacturers Trade team, by arranging regular updates, meetings with our area representative and participating in all approved campaigns.
Key Performance Indicators
- Gross Margin Percentage: Target exceeding 55% to cover overhead and ensure core profitability.
- Average Order Value (AOV): Drive toward a target by pushing volume per order.
- Repeat Customer Rate: Aim for cumulative loyalty over a 12-month customer lifetime.
- On-Time Delivery Rate: Target near 100% to meet the schedule-sensitive needs of trade customers.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Typically, 3–5 years in automotive parts operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Key loop (CDK) Drive and electronic parts catalogues (EPCs).
- Soft Skills: Advanced negotiation, strategic thinking, and the ability to work under high pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Licensing: A valid driver's license is essential for visiting trade customers or overseeing parts delivery logistics.
