Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Warranty Support Administrator to join our Aftersales team. This role is ideally suited to someone with previous experience within the motor trade, automotive administration, warranty processing, or insurance/claims administration. The successful candidate will support warranty claim processes, ensure manufacturer requirements are met, and provide administrative support to the Aftersales department. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills are essential for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the processing of warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Ensure all claims are submitted with accurate documentation, labour times, and supporting evidence
- Review repair orders and highlight discrepancies or missing information
- Liaise with Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure accurate diagnosis and documentation
- Monitor outstanding warranty submissions
