What You’ll Do:

  • Business Development: Drive the letting of storage units, upsell packing materials, and proactively win new business accounts.
  • Team Leadership: Coaching, leading, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and financial targets.
  • Manage monthly recurring storage invoicing, process payments, and oversee credit control.
  • Respond promptly to inbound storage enquiries to provide accurate quotes, assessing customer needs to upsell storage while securing all required contracts.
  • Reviewing performance data to identify areas for improvement and resolve issues.
  • Ensuring smooth branch operations such as units are clean and presentable for new clients.
  • Manage keys and alarm responsibilities, and oversee regular facility maintenance.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of management and customer-facing sales or hospitality experience.
  • A customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Suite), excellent communication, and strong organisational skills.
  • Growth Mindset: Proven ability or strong desire to drive business growth and identify new revenue streams.
