Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm and Saturdays on a rota basis.
Role & Responsibilities
This role involves lone working and weekend work on a rota basis. Flexibility is required to cover holidays/sickness.
- Respond to telephone inquiries quickly and effectively.
- Provide detailed advice to customers on pricing and services over the phone and face‑to‑face.
- Give tours of our facility to potential customers.
- Upsell storage solutions and products, including cold‑calling prospects.
- Prepare customer contracts.
- Keep customer databases up to date.
- General housekeeping to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment.
Who We’re Looking For
- Customer‑focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales enthusiast with strong numeracy skills and a passion for helping customers.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
- Proficient in IT, with a solid educational background including Maths and English.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
