Salary: Basic 35k – OTE 55k plus Company Car

Hours: Full-time, including weekend work

Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm (with 1 day off during the week)
  • Saturday: 9am – 6pm
  • Sunday: 10am – 4pm (on a rota basis)

Role overview:

We are looking for a driven Showroom Manager who will be responsible for managing the daily business of the showroom by providing a physical presence and managing all customer interaction; this role is an integral part of the customer experience. You will be supporting the Sales Manager in managing the sales environment, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets whilst maximising profit gained from each transaction. Managing every enquiry and maintaining the potential for repeat business by delivering the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • A full UK driving licence is essential

  • Target-driven, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Previous managerial experience
