- 29,000 basic salary – plus commission
- Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm
- Saturdays 8.00am – 1.00pm alternative Saturdays (Paid in addition)
THE ROLE
- This is a great opportunity for an experienced After Sales Advisor to join our successful Toyota operation based in Kingston
- The role of After Sales Advisor is to assist in the smooth and profitable operation of the service and parts department, with strict adherence to dealer standards.
DUTIES
- Meeting objectives, ensuring CRS targets and operating standards are achieved.
- Receive customers, discuss, identify and progress routine service and repair and parts requirements.
- Promote the sale of service and accessories.
- To ensure that maximum profit is achieved from all service works in accordance with company policy.
- To order and distribute Parts as required.
- Discuss and identify manufacturer’s warranty, routine service and repair requirements with customers.
- Ensure that service / repair jobs are completed satisfactorily and to time specified making sure all warranty items are available for return to manufacturers.
- To ensure that any delay in the completion of work is reported to the customer.
- Accept payments for work according to Company policy.
- To accurately cost all invoices for payment.
- To ensure price lists and charge out rates are kept up to date at all times
- To prepare and analyse job cards for work carried out under the terms of warranty.
- Ensure that all Warranty policies and procedures are adhered to.

- THE PERSON
- Previous motor trade main dealer experience in a similar role
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Warranty experience – preferred.
- Keen interest in sales
- Parts or Service Experience
- 30 days holidays (i. e. 22 days including 8 days bank holidays)
