Salary - £35k OTE £40k per annum, plus Company vehicle

Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm

This role is responsible for Trade Account Customers. Our Trade Parts Manager will oversee B2B sales operations of our Toyota and Lexus parts department, focusing on supplying external businesses such as independent garages, body shops, and fleet operators.

Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute plans to grow trade sales revenue and meet monthly/yearly profitability targets. Identify new sales opportunities and manage relationships with a dedicated portfolio of trade accounts. Train and mentor the Trade parts staff, including Parts Advisors and delivery drivers. Set departmental KPIs and conduct performance reviews to ensure high productivity.

Pricing & Margin Management: Establish pricing structures that balance volume sales with profit margins.

Key Performance Indicators: Typically, 3-5 years in automotive parts operations with at least 2 years in a Supervisory or Management role. A valid driver's license is essential for visiting trade customers or overseeing parts delivery logistics.
