We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Warranty Support Administrator to join our Aftersales team. This role is ideally suited to someone with previous experience within the motor trade, automotive administration, warranty processing, or insurance/claims administration. The successful candidate will support warranty claim processes, ensure manufacturer requirements are met, and provide administrative support to the Aftersales department. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills are essential for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the processing of warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Ensure all claims are submitted with accurate documentation, labour times, and supporting evidence
- Review repair orders and highlight discrepancies or missing information
- Liaise with Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure accurate diagnosis and documentation
- Monitor outstanding warranty submissions and follow up where required
- Assist with managing and resubmitting rejected claims
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements
- Provide administrative support to the Aftersales team
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and internal procedures
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous administrative experience within the motor trade, automotive aftersales, warranty administration, insurance claims, or a similar process-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- IT literate, including Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Experience
- Experience working within a dealership or automotive environment
- Knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes
- Experience handling claims, compliance, or invoice checking
