Currie Solutions, are looking for an Experienced Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join our team in Hythe, Kent on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse operative who holds an in-date Counter-Balance Fork Lift Licence and is looking to join an established and growing transport and logistics business.
The Role
Working as part of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for a range of general warehouse duties, including the safe and efficient operation of a counter-balance forklift.
The role will involve:
- Operating a counter-balance forklift safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving and positioning goods within the warehouse
- General warehouse duties and housekeeping
- Ensuring goods are handled safely and correctly
- Working as part of a busy warehouse and transport operation
- Following all company health & safety procedures
Shift Pattern
You will work a three-week rolling shift pattern, which will include shifts across Monday to Sunday and therefore requires flexibility to work Saturday and Sunday shifts as part of the rotation.
- 35 hours per week (£12.71 per hour)
- Three-week rolling shift pattern
- Weekend working included as part of the rotation
