The Currie Solutions Group is looking for an experienced 18T (Class 2) HGV Driver to join our expanding team in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to join us in a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday.
The Role
- Pay rate: £15.00 per hour
- Guaranteed payment for 50 hours per week, with overtime available where required.
- Monday to Friday day shifts, with a 5:45am start time.
- Shifts are expected to be around 10 hours, although working hours may vary depending on operational requirements.
- Completing multi-drop store deliveries and collections.
- Carrying out all required vehicle checks and paperwork accurately, ensuring loads are secured safely at all times.
- Completing timed deliveries and deliveries to pedestrian precincts, requiring good timekeeping, awareness and attention to detail.
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with the operations team to ensure deliveries run smoothly.
About You
The successful candidate will be reliable, professional and safety-conscious, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
Essential requirements:
Minimum of 1 year's 18T (Class 2) driving experience. Valid Category C driving licence. Valid Driver CPC qualification. What We Offer
