Customer Service Advisor
to join our Team in Dumfries (DG1 3NX) or Ecclefechan (DG11 3JD). The successful candidate will liaise with all departments, sub-contractors and customers in order to ensure smooth transition of data and information between them all. Key Responsibilities: To manage data flows between departments, sub-contractors and customers. Compile and complete relevant reports Ensure the all relevant information is relayed to the relevant departments/ customers/staff. Respond accordingly to incidents and changes throughout the shift - i.e. refused pallets, delayed deliveries etc. Respond to phone calls, emails etc in a friendly, professional and timely manner Job input and data entry updates to the relevant systems To ensure that our Traffic Management System contains both accurate pricing and accurate costs.
