Overview
In this role you will deliver cost consultancy for public and private sector projects, focusing on MEP works. You will work with our south-east team to provide clear cost advice, deliver accurate reports, and help manage project costs. You’ll build strong client relationships and support project delivery across pre- and post-contract stages. The position offers international mobility and a clear path for progression within a digitally-led, ambitious firm.
Responsibilities
- Provide clear, accurate cost advice and reports to clients
- Support the team to deliver projects and commissions
- Manage project costs with limited supervision
- Prepare estimates for M&E works
- Handle pre-contract budgeting, bid leveling and post-contract work
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Key requirements
- BSc in quantity surveying
- RICS membership, or working towards it
- At least five years in technical delivery
- Firm grasp of project cost control
- Confident client-facing and communication skills
- CostX experience is a bonus
- Full driving licence
