Due to recent projects with Network Rail, EDF, the Environment Agency, and supporting major projects in the Middle East from our UK offices, we are seeking ambitious and highly motivated Associate level Commercial Managers with UK infrastructure experience to join our team. We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience leading pre-contract and post-contract commercial services on UK infrastructure, utilities, or complex construction projects exceeding £100m.
- Knowledge of and experience with NEC4 / NR / FIDIC contracts.
- Experience leading project delivery teams within client organizations or consultancies.
- Advisory experience, including structuring evaluations and recommendations.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to lead projects, deliver high standards, and achieve successful outcomes for clients. We seek proactive, driven, and ambitious individuals who value continuous learning, knowledge sharing, mentoring junior staff, and supporting bids for new work.

Skills and Attributes:
- Significant commercial experience on complex UK civil engineering/construction projects.
- Strong technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
- Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, disciplined, and commercially savvy.
- Able to obtain Security Clearance.
